Charger Details
BMW includes a Level 1 EVSE cable but recommends the BMW Wallbox for home charging. We install either the BMW unit or a third-party 48A charger of your choice.
BMW i-series vehicles accept up to 11.5 kW AC (48A). A 200A panel is recommended but a 100A panel with EVEMS works for most customers. Learn about City of Calgary electrical permits.
